Gorgeous place, it was fairly clean and had great staff in all areas. The location was central, next to Sandyford. Moreover, it was 2 km from a large shopping centre.

Chic design without the over-the-top fakeness of some so-called "boutique hotels". Fantastic room with great views. Room rate was also excellent through this site. Reception delivered exactly on our request for a quiet room. Corridors have the thickest carpets I've seen in a hotel property recently. This really contributes to the quiteness of the rooms.
Restaurant was rather busy on Saturday night, very understandably. I love Thai food but, unfortunately, the hotness rating of my green curry did not quite correspond to the menu. A single chilli on the menu was more a 3-chilli rating in my mouth! The á la carte menu is overpriced unless you have dinner included in your rate. We didn't. The music from the bar and crowd noise drifted quite a lot into the restaurant but this is always a problem with open-plan design. Have DJ'd myself in a boutique property with the same problem.
